Qualifications

• Bookkeeping aide or accounting clerk experience in FMCG.
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Experience with financial regulations/liscal laws.
• Good mathematics skills and the ability to spot mathematical mistakes.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Fix invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expenditure records.
• Prepare compensation/pay types.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
