Job summary

Flip retail seeks an Account Development Representative to develop new opportunities and grow key accounts across the Gulf region. The role involves supporting telesales by advancing unbuilt customers and ensuring compliant, model store presence.

The package includes a salary of approximately AED 8,000 per month, a company car with gas and Salik, medical insurance, annual air ticket with 30 days paid leave, and an annual bonus. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication and reporting.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Verbal and written expression are essential.
• High integrity and professional conduct.
• 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
• University degree required.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand service technique with assigned accounts.
• Support CDA and KAM in territory planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with Pepsi-Cola retailing and presence standards.
• Collaborate with team on joint calls and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report stock levels and competitor activities.
