Job summary

Headway Group in Abu Dhabi is looking for an FM Administrator to manage inquiries and ensure operational efficiency in their Facility Management division. The role requires a deep understanding of FM processes, proficiency in ZOHO CRM, and an ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of specialized FM Administration experience in the UAE market and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of specialized FM Administration experience.
• Deep understanding of UAE FM scope including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Safety standards.
• Advanced experience with ZOHO CRM or equivalent CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries.
• Synchronize daily activities between Site Engineers and Technicians.
• Generate Work Completion Reports and maintain detailed logs.
• Update and track site inspection data.
• Analyze daily work progress reports.

Skills

FM Administration experience in UAE
