Job summary

Headway General Contracting in Abu Dhabi is looking for an FM Administration professional with 3-5 years of specialized experience in the UAE. The role involves managing tenant inquiries, ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining data integrity in CRM systems.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree related to Facilities Management and strong technical knowledge in HVAC and other services. This position requires proficiency in ZOHO CRM and effective workflow coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of FM Administration experience within the UAE market.
• Deep understanding of UAE FM scope and standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for tenant inquiries, translating requests into actionable Work Orders.
• Synchronize activities between Site Engineers and Labor teams for rapid mobilization.
• Generate Work Completion Reports and maintain detailed maintenance logs.
• Update and track site inspection data for immediate technical action.
• Analyze daily work progress reports ensuring alignment with scheduled inspections.

Skills

FM Administration experience

Technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety

Software proficiency in ZOHO CRM or similar

Navigating complex hand-offs
