BeatBAB in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support the Restaurant Management team in daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate the service team, uphold brand standards, and act as the on-floor leader during peak periods, guiding staff with coaching and a professional demeanor.

This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a calm presence under pressure to maintain exceptional hospitality in a vibrant setting.

Role Summary
