7 Management in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support the Restaurant Management team in overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth service flow with high guest satisfaction.

You will lead the service team on the floor, coordinate across service, bar and kitchen, coach staff on grooming and professionalism, and maintain brand standards while addressing guest feedback promptly.

Role Summary

The Floor Supervisor supports the Restaurant Management team in overseeing daily front-of-house operations The role ensures smooth service flow high guest satisfaction staff coordination and adherence to brand standards while actively leading the service team on the floor

Key Responsibilities

Floor Operations & Service Flow

• Supervises daily service operations to ensure smooth table turnover proper sequencing and efficient coordination between service bar and kitchen teams Actively supports the floor during peak periods

Guest Experience & Service Standards

• Ensures guests receive a high level of service in line with brand standards Handles guest feedback and resolves minor complaints promptly escalating issues to management when required

Team Supervision & Support

• Guides assigns and monitors front-of-house staff during shifts Provides on-the-job coaching ensures proper grooming and supports team discipline and professionalism

Coordination & Communication

• Acts as a key communication link between the service team kitchen bar and management Ensures special requests VIP notes and service instructions are communicated clearly and executed accurately

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensures adherence to operational procedures hygiene standards and safety guidelines Assists management with daily checklists shift handovers and reporting of incidents or service challenges

Qualifications Skills

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a hospitality environment
