Role Context

The Flight Ops Project Specialist - Trainee supports the smooth running of flight operations by maintaining accurate records, controlled manuals, project trackers, and regulatory documentation. The position offers hands‑on exposure to processes that support safe, compliant, and efficient business aviation services, ideal for graduates aiming for a long‑term career in flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support flight operations projects by assisting with planning, tracking, documentation, coordination, and follow‑up activities.
• Assist with Electronic Flight Bag management, including updates, version control, record checks, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, maintenance, and controlled update of Flight Operations and Training documentation.
• Assist with Operations Manual and Minimum Equipment List documentation in coordination with the Manager Flight Operations and Manager Crew Training.
• Coordinate the release, publication, and distribution of Flight Operations and Training documents according to company procedures.
• Help prepare and track applications for regulatory approvals and authorizations with authorities such as GCAA, IOMAR, and SMAR.
• Maintain accurate trackers, records, controlled documents, approval logs, and project files for the Flight Operations department.
• Provide general office, administrative, and coordination support to the Flight Operations team.
• Follow internal procedures for document control, version tracking, review cycles, and aviation compliance support.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure documentation updates, project actions, and approval requirements are completed on time.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Studies or a related aviation discipline.
• Degree must be from a recognized aviation university or academy.
• Fresh graduate profile with strong interest in flight operations and aviation project coordination.
