Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• Prior administration experience in multinational company or large teams preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with multicultural staff and maintain professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day administration and office coordination.

Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee – Associate IT Specialist will support the administration and operations teams in day-to-day business and office-related activities while gaining practical exposure to office administration, coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within airport logistics projects.

What are my responsibilities?

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Assist in upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet companyobjectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
