Job summary

Etihad Airways seeks a senior project leader to drive long-term technical programs, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. You will analyse data, develop dashboards, and manage a portfolio of operations projects with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, support business cases, and drive continuous improvement across the Operations & Guest Experience division, shaping the airline's journey toward excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in airline operations.
• Project management methodologies knowledge (PRINCE2, Agile) or a formal qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of long-term technical projects/programs to meet objectives within scope, schedule and budget.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
• Oversee a portfolio of operations and customer-related projects with effective governance and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement sustainable change initiatives.
• Support business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
