Job summary

Cinergie Digital seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to drive large airline programmes from scope to live deployment. You will manage cross‑functional teams, coordinate with airline customers, GDS partners, and vendors, and own delivery roadmaps with a focus on budget, quality, and stakeholder confidence.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in multi‑stakeholder projects, strong communication skills, and proven ability to deliver in fast‑moving airline environments with non‑negotiable standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience with airline reservation systems, PSS, GDS connectivity, revenue management, or inventory control platforms.
• Knowledge of EDIFACT and NDC flows, API-based integrations, and large-system migration approaches.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Proven vendor/partner management across multiple parties.
• Structured approach to risk, change-control, and budget management.
• Familiarity with IATA, PADIS, and NDC standards.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of airline reservation and revenue-management projects across multiple engagements.
• Coordinate with third-party providers, GDS partners, and technology vendors for clean integrations.
• Oversee migrations, API integrations, EDIFACT/NDC message flows, and cutover planning.
• Drive risk management, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and plan testing time into roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance; report to senior stakeholders.
