Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking cabin crew to act as ambassadors, delivering exceptional passenger service while ensuring safety throughout the flight cycle. You will attend briefings, assist boarding, and follow SOPs to maintain a positive corporate image.

You will promote onboard sales and Charity Cloud programs, handle payments securely, and cooperate with crew for a smooth flight experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant airline or hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher secondary acceptable; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.
• Very good verbal and written communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attend briefing; ensure awareness of flight details and roles.
• Provide excellent on-board customer service and assist boarding.
• Promote on-board meals, products, and charity services to meet targets.
• Handle cash/credit card payments securely for sales/donations.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure cabin readiness and safety.
