Job summary

Jobs2Web is seeking a cabin crew member in the United Arab Emirates. You will greet passengers, assist with boarding, and provide exceptional service while ensuring safety and comfort during the flight.

Role involves pre-flight checks, safety briefings, cash handling, and promoting onboard products. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior cabin crew or hospitality experience is a plus. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher secondary certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training is an added value.
• Fit to fly, good health with no serious medical conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English.
• Capable of handling difficult customers with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in boarding, data entry into logs, and cash/meal product handling.
• Carry out pre-flight checks and report deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets for onboard meals and services.
