Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations, transport businesses, and the UAE truck market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors, and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Present vehicle solutions, coordinate demonstrations, and support customer test drives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order placement and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM.
