Job summary

Careers International seeks a results-driven Business Development & Sales professional in Dubai to drive fleet and government sales for Great Wall Motors. You will identify opportunities, respond to tenders, and present proposals to executives across corporate and government clients.

Ideal candidates have UAE experience, strong English communication, and a proven ability to negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
• Experience selling to fleet, government or corporate clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fleet and government sales segment.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, tenders, and partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to corporate and government clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and fleet purchase agreements.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets.
