• Analyse historical and forward-looking data to support pricing decisions and capacity planning.
• Communicate pricing updates and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support decision-making when fleet availability is constrained, balancing demand and efficiency.
• Identify inventory imbalances and work with commercial teams to optimise fleet utilisation.
• Prepare regular performance insights and pricing briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to enhance pricing tools and automation capabilities.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving initiatives through to delivery.

We are seeking Fleet Pricing Manager to join us. You will be directly responsible for pricing of the Vista fleet, taking a data driven approach to maximising opportunity for Fleet Sales and coordinating a global effort with Fleet Planning.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the International Fleet Pricing Director:

• Develop and manage pricing strategies across the VistaJet fleet to maximise revenue and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, booking activity, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Fleet Sales, Fleet Planning, and Commercial teams to align pricing strategy with business objectives.
• Analyse historical and forward-looking data to support pricing decisions, capacity planning, and peak period management.
• Communicate pricing updates, opportunities, and key recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support decision-making when fleet availability is constrained, balancing customer demand with operational efficiency.
• Identify inventory imbalances and work with commercial teams to optimise fleet utilisation.
• Prepare regular performance insights and pricing briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to enhance pricing tools, systems, and automation capabilities.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, taking ownership of initiatives through to successful delivery.
