Job summary

PROVEN is seeking a Fleet Manager in Dubai to lead the daily delivery fleet, supervise riders, and ensure performance targets are met. You will work with operations and maintenance to optimize rider output and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years in fleet or rider management in last‑mile logistics, hands‑on RCA reporting, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of fleet or rider management experience in last-mile logistics.
• Experience in last-mile delivery and dark store operations.
• Hands-on RCA reporting and operational escalation management.
• Experience in rider shifts, manpower planning and deployment.
• Proficient with Excel-based reporting and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery rider activities.
• Plan rider shifts, attendance and manpower.
• Monitor rider performance and punctuality; take corrective actions.
• Handle escalations and customer complaints; conduct RCA.
• Ensure policy, RTA UAE traffic, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate bike servicing and maintenance schedules.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A Fleet Manager is required to lead the daily operations of the delivery fleet, ensuring riders are effectively managed, operational issues are resolved promptly, and delivery performance consistently meets business targets. The role works closely with operations and maintenance teams to optimize rider performance and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of delivery riders.
• Plan rider shifts, attendance, and manpower allocation to support operational requirements.
• Monitor rider performance, productivity, and punctuality, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Handle operational escalations and customer complaints, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RTA regulations, UAE traffic laws, and safety standards.
• Coordinate bike servicing and maintenance schedules to maximize fleet availability.
• Work closely with operations teams to optimize allocation of riders and order dispatching.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure operational KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.
• Ensure riders are equipped with the required uniforms and safety gear before deployment.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in fleet or rider management within last-mile logistics.
• Experience in last-mile delivery and dark store operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing operational escalations and preparing RCA reports.
• Experience in managing rider shifts and manpower planning and deployment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting tools.
