Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, or related field.
• 15+ years of fleet management experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using fleet management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies and policies to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify improvements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for managing a large fleet of vehicles and ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of goods and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement fleet management strategies and policies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
• - Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• - Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles, ensuring they are in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• - Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, including vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
• - Plan and coordinate vehicle routes to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
• - Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and regulations, including vehicle registration, insurance, and driver qualifications.
