Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Fleet Response Manager to lead our autonomous delivery fleet operations from a remote operations center. You will monitor vehicles, resolve live incidents, and coordinate field support for safe, efficient performance.

Responsibilities include managing a 24/7 frontline team, workforce planning, recruitment, training, and KPI-driven oversight, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-growing tech-enabled logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale operations, control rooms, command centers, contact centers, or remote operations environments.
• Proven experience leading teams of 200+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management, performance monitoring, and operational KPIs.
• Experience building training, certification, and quality management programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
