Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced Fleet Management professional to oversee vehicle, equipment, and machinery inventory, utilization, and maintenance across projects. The role coordinates driver schedules, routes, and compliance while ensuring safety, documentation, and regulatory alignment.

You will handle vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and liaise with PRO and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, or logistics.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated inventory of all company vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure efficient allocation across projects and departments.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure all vehicles and machinery are in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Monitor fuel consumption and mileage records.
• Investigate and report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and damages; coordinate repairs.
• Monitor and process vehicle registration renewals and insurance renewals.
• Coordinate with PRO and authorities for vehicle-related documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly driver schedules; assign drivers.
• Plan and optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate employee pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain driver license records and renewals.
• Respond to transportation emergencies and operational changes.
• Minimize vehicle downtime through scheduling and maintenance planning.
• Maintain records of equipment utilization, servicing, and repairs.
• Ensure machinery is available and operational per project requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports on vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and fleet performance.
• Monitor fleet-related expenses and cost-saving initiatives.

Driver Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly driver schedules.

• Assign drivers based on operational requirements.

• Plan and optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency.

• Coordinate employee pick-up and drop-off schedules.

• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate transportation requests from departments and project sites.

• Ensure timely deployment of vehicles to support operational requirements.

• Monitor the movement and allocation of company machinery and equipment.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules for machinery in collaboration with relevant departments.

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive fleet records and databases.

• Prepare monthly reports on vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and fleet performance.

• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company policies.

• Promote safe driving practices among company drivers.

• Coordinate vehicle inspections and safety checks.

• Investigate fleet-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, or logistics.

• UAE experience is preferred.
