Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics and transportation.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Analytical, planning and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fleet, transport, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate cross-border and domestic transport operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and oversee asset register for office equipment.
• Coordinate vendor and service RFQ process to maximize cost efficiencies.
• Prepare and coordinate LPOs within company guidelines to control expenditure.
• Maintain operating systems (JOBS/Micro Transport) to ensure accurate, timely data.
• Coordinate monthly asset internal billing with internal departments to ensure accuracy.
• Manage data accuracy and timely reporting; keep system files updated.
• Oversee HR processes to administer absenteeism and overtime.
• Oversee QA/QC of SLAs/SOPs for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inter-department relationships across Dubai operation and affiliates.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by General Manager – Transport.
