Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or related field.
• 8–10 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior store leadership role.
• Experience managing large-format retail stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or multi-department operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and profitability targets.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall store operation and deliver sales, profit, and productivity targets.
• Develop and execute action plans to maximize revenue, market share, and customer traffic.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against key business objectives.
• Analyze sales trends, category performance, and customer buying behaviours to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Drive profitability through effective expense control and productivity management.
• Lead, motivate, and develop department managers, supervisors, and store teams.
• Foster employee engagement and a positive working environment.
• Manage store budgets and operating expenses to achieve profitability targets.
• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and promotional displays are executed effectively.
