Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks a Spa Therapist to join ReFIVE Spa. You’ll deliver premium treatments, uphold Five-Star standards, and ensure guest comfort with a polished, hospitality-focused approach.

With 2–3 years in spa services and a licensed massage, facial, and manicure/pedicure, you’ll work across disciplines, supervise cleanliness, inventory, and collaborate with Concierge and Front Desk to ensure seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years spa therapist experience, preferably in award-winning establishments.
• Graduate from an Accredited School with a massage, face, and manicure/pedicure license or a combination license.
• Understanding of spa industry applications; knowledge of spa software is a plus.
• Committed to following local and corporate policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates proactive, self-motivated approach to delivering exceptional spa services.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guest comfort and a bespoke Five-Star experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas and spa suites at all times.
• Manage inventory of supplies for treatment rooms and ensure use of premium products.
• Collaborate with Concierge and Front Desk to ensure seamless operations for guests.
• Train and mentor new spa therapists and stay updated on industry trends.
