Job summary

Five Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking experienced Spa Therapists to join the ReFIVE Spa team. You will deliver high-quality spa treatments, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure a premium guest experience in a luxury setting.

The role requires a licensed massage and manicure/pedicure credentials, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude consistent with FIVE’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years track record as Spa Therapist, preferably in award-winning establishments.
• Graduate of an Accredited School with a massage license or a combination license.
• Understanding of spa industry applications, including spa software, is a plus.
• Commitment to local and corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide sensational spa treatments to guests with a bespoke five-star experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all treatment rooms.
• Manage inventory and ensure only premium products are used.
• Collaborate with Concierge and Front Desk for seamless guest experiences.
• Attend daily line-ups and monthly spa meetings to stay updated.
