Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor kitchen team to FIVE-star dining standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food prep.
• Curate menus with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Ensure HACCP and Health & Safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Chef De Cuisine and procurement.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for seamless service.
