Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a five-star luxury hotel.
• UAE hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and menu execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations under the Executive Chef.
• Lead and develop the kitchen brigade.
• Ensure menu execution, cost control, and food safety.
