Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai invites a skilled Chef De Partie to lead a busy kitchen section, delivering the award-winning service FIVE is known for. You will supervise a team, ensure flawless mise en place, and collaborate with Sous Chefs to craft menus that reflect seasonal trends and our Five-Styled culinary vision.

The role demands a Culinary Degree or equivalent, strong HACCP knowledge, excellent organization, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Chef De Partie, Bakery in a Luxury Hotel environment or Pool Operation Establishment.
Culinary Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficiency in Culinary Techniques, and Presentation and Plating Methods.
Strong familiarity with and understanding of how to Safely Use and Maintain kitchen equipment.
Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a designated Kitchen Division, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Ensure impeccable Organization and Setup of the section before service periods.
Collaborate with Sous Chefs and the Chef De Cuisine to curate menus reflecting Seasonal Trends.
Contributes to the creation of Next-Level Dishes and culinary displays.
Mentor the culinary team and provide guidance on techniques and safety practices.
Monitor stock levels and manage orders with a minimum-waste approach.
