• A proven track record of 1-2 years in a similar role, delivering sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.

• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.

• Executes the handling of waste and garbage disposal, adhering to Established Guidelines to maintain FIVE’s Exquisite Standards.
• Expertly maintains a Hygienic and Orderly Environment, always in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assists in the Next-Level setup and breakdown of Banquet Events, ensuring Smooth Operations and Remarkable Presentation.
• Collaborates with ‘FIVERs’ to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold FIVE’s Industry-Leading Service Standards.
• Promptly reports any maintenance or repair needs to the Team Leader or Supervisor, ensuring a swift resolution.
• Meticulously adheres to established procedures for handling and storing equipment and supplies, embodying FIVE’s Sensational Commitment to Excellence.
• Actively participates in regular Training Sessions, demonstrating a Continuous Improvement of skills and knowledge.
• Provides remarkable Support during inventory counts and stock rotation activities.
