Job summary

Arada is seeking a professional Personal Trainer to lead adult fitness sessions and inductions at our FitnGlam community in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high-quality one-to-one and group training, ensuring exceptional member experience and adherence to health and safety standards.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain client records, and drive revenue through engaging classes while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete PT inductions and hit set targets.
• Maintain Health and Safety responsibilities.
• Develop personal business plan and review monthly with Fitness Manager.
• Achieve PT revenue targets as directed by Fitness Manager.
• Deliver high-quality personal training programs.
• Lead energetic group fitness classes and inductions.
• Maintain open communication with members for feedback and retention.
• Track client progress and maintain files daily.

Role Purpose

Leads and coordinates individual or group adult fitness/physical training sessions for a specified health and fitness program. Deliver exceptional customer service experience to our members (future, past and present) while providing high level Personal Training sessions and Inductions. Perform across all Fitness KPIs and ensure brand standards are upheld on and off the gym floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing PT induction as per set targets
• To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities
• Regularly maintain personal business plan to be reviewed with Fitness Manager monthly.
• Achieving PT sessions revenue targets as per Fitness Manager instructions
• Deliver High-quality personal training programs
• Deliver energetic and high-quality group fitness classes, personal training programs and inductions.
• Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued.
• Track progress of clients and maintain client files on a daily basis.
