• 2–3+ years of personal training experience in premium fitness environments.
• REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized, high-quality training programs tailored to member goals.
• Engage and guide members on the gym floor with professional support.
• Promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain client relationships to support retention and results.
• Uphold club policies and ensure a clean, safe training environment.
• Complete session tracking and required admin tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

Purpose of the Role

The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging training sessions while supporting members in achieving their fitness goals. They contribute to a positive club environment, drive personal training sales, and uphold high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality training programs tailored to member goals.
