Job summary

Arada's Wellfit facility in the UAE is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver safe, engaging sessions and help members reach their fitness goals. You will tailor programs, guide members on the gym floor, and contribute to sales through PT packages.

We value strong communication, client relationships, and a commitment to high service standards. 2–3+ years in premium fitness environments and REPs Level 3 certification are preferred as part of joining our motivated team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of personal training experience (premium fitness environment preferred).
• REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of exercise science, program design, and fitness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality training programs tailored to member goals.
• Engage members on the gym floor and provide professional guidance and support.
• Promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and results.
• Uphold club policies and ensure a clean, safe training environment.
