Arada is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to lead adult fitness sessions, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive client results. You will conduct PT sessions, inductions, and high-energy group classes while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years’ experience as a PT or GX
• Coaching and sports qualifications required
• First Aid certification preferred

Role Purpose:

Leads and coordinates individual or group adult fitness/physical training sessions for a specified health and fitness program. Deliver exceptional customer service experience to our members (future, past and present) while providing high level Personal Training sessions and Inductions. Perform across all Fitness KPIs and ensure brand standards are upheld on and off the gym floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing PT induction as per set targets


• To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities


• Regularly maintain personal business plan to be reviewed with Fitness Manager monthly.


• Achieving PT sessions revenue targets as per Fitness Manager instructions


• Deliver High-quality personal training programs


• Deliver energetic and high-quality group fitness classes, personal training programs and inductions.


• Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued.


• Track progress of clients and maintain client files on a daily basis.
