Job summary

Arada's FitnGlam club seeks a Sales Executive to actively generate sales daily and monthly, delivering exceptional customer care to ensure member satisfaction, loyalty and retention. The SE will support club sales and marketing events and take on duties that help increase memberships and retention.

The role is a performance-driven opportunity within a women-focused fitness community, contributing to Arada's commitment to empowering members and delivering premium wellness experiences.

• Acquire and maintain understanding of sales skills needed to perform effectively.
• Conduct presentations and tours of the Club.
• Implement sales policies to discover prospective members' fitness goals and motivation.
• Respond to information calls and inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Complete member contracts per company standards.
• Deliver high standards of customer care and retention.
• Communicate effectively with members and other departments.
• Assist Sales Manager with retention initiatives.

Role Purpose:

The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for actively generating a specific number of sales on daily and monthly basis. He/she should permanantly deliver highest levels of Customer care to ensure members’ satisfaction, loyalty and retention. The SE should also support the club in all sales and marketing events and activities, and should be open to additional tasks that are assigned by the management and that help increase membership number and members’ retention.

The SE should be highly motivated to deliver results at or above Company expectations in member acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aquire and maintain a complete understanding of the skills required to perform the sales function successfully.


• Conduct presentations and tours of the Club.


• Implement Company sales policies and procedures to discover prospective buyer’s fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections.


• Respond to all information calls.


• Successful completion of each month’s sales targets.


• Complete all new member contracts in accordance with company standards.


• Deliver the highest standards of customer care.


• Ensure effective and efficient communication with both members and other departments.


• Perform other tasks related to members’ service and retention as suggested by the Sales Manager.


• Comply at all times with the Company Health and Safety Policy.
