Key Responsibilities

• Client Welcome & Service Experience: Greet every client, guest, and visitor with a warm, professional, brand-aligned welcome that reflects FitnGlam from arrival to departure.
• Club Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming reception, lounge, and club floor at all times, in line with Fitnglam brand and ambience standards.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the front-of-house.
• Opening & Closing: Open and/or close the studio in line with operational checklists and security procedures.

• Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, with the ability to anticipate client needs and consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for club cleanliness, presentation, and ambience, ensuring the space consistently meets fitnglam brand requirements.
• Adaptability: Able to manage a fast-paced, ever-changing club environment with composure, flexibility, and professionalism — including peak periods and client escalations.
• Behaviour & Team Relations: Maintains a positive, respectful, and supportive attitude with colleagues and management, contributing to a collaborative team culture and reflecting club values both with clients and behind the scenes.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
