Arada's FitnGlam unit in Abu Dhabi is seeking a GX & Wellness Manager to grow class attendance, engage members and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will lead a service team, mentor staff and collaborate across departments to elevate programmes and events.

The role requires at least three years in group fitness management, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to help the community achieve their wellness goals.

• Three years' experience in group fitness management.
