Job summary

Design Technology Advertising LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Production Manager to oversee production fabrication site execution and project delivery for retail and commercial interiors.

You will plan and supervise fabrication, carpentry, joinery, assembly, finishing and installation; coordinate with project managers, designers, procurement, suppliers and site teams; review drawings, BOQs and specifications; monitor quality, safety and budgets to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant fit-out production or project execution experience in UAE/GCC.
• Experience handling retail stores, commercial interiors, or luxury brand fit-out projects is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production fabrication site execution and project delivery while maintaining quality, safety and timelines.

• Monitor production quality, material usage, wastage, labour productivity and project costs.
• Ensure all fit-out works meet designs, client requirements and quality standards.
• Supervise workshop operations, fabrication teams, technicians and on-site crews.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and site requirements.

Fit-Out Production Manager responsibilities
