Job summary

AFC Holidays Group is seeking a FIT Consultant to efficiently handle enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and convert enquiries into profitable bookings in a fast-paced travel sales environment.

You will market and sell international tours, inbound UAE tours, and comprehensive travel services while maintaining high service standards and strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of outbound international tourism products and inbound tourism services.
• Experience handling VIP and/or luxury travel clients is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• A degree in Travel and Tourism or relevant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quote and confirm FIT enquiries accurately and efficiently using the tour booking system.
• Market and sell international tours and holidays including USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Australasia.
• Market and sell inbound and local UAE tours and activities, visas, transportation, and hotel services.
• Sell and coordinate end-to-end travel services including airlines, hotels, transportation, insurance, cruises, tours, and activities.
• Ensure timely responses to client enquiries while meeting individual travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Maintain accuracy in all reservations, bookings, and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing supplier relationships effectively.
• Adhere to KPI targets and CRM standard operating procedures as directed by management.
• Achieve assigned profit margin targets on all bookings in line with company standards.

The FIT Consultant will be responsible for efficiently handling enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and confirming bookings for Fully Independent Travelers (FIT). The role requires strong product knowledge, speed, attention to detail, and the ability to convert enquiries into profitable bookings using the tour booking system.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote and confirm FIT enquiries accurately and efficiently using the tour booking system.
• Market and sell international tours and holidays including USA. Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Australasia.
• Market and sell inbound and local UAE tours and activities, visas, transportation, and hotel services
• Sell and coordinate end-to-end travel services including airlines, hotels, transportation, insurance, cruises, tours, and activities
• Ensure timely responses to client enquiries while meeting individual travel preferences, budgets, and expectations

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary range: AED 7,000 to AED 8,500, based on experience
