Job summary

MMJSS is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support the sales team with daily activities, prepare quotations, and manage customer inquiries for fire safety systems. The role involves maintaining CRM records and tracking orders and payments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering background with mandatory experience in the fire protection industry, and a proactive approach to client follow-ups for AMC contracts and renewals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fire protection is mandatory.
• Engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
• Prepare quotations and technical documents for fire safety systems
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on sales leads
• Maintain CRM and client records
