This role focuses on preparing accurate technical submittals and quotations for firefighting pump systems, ensuring all deliverables meet project specifications and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering, along with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and technical writing skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support or estimation for fire protection systems (NFPA-based).
• Strong knowledge of firefighting pump packages and clean agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile technical submittals for firefighting and gas suppression systems.
• Review client inquiries and prepare accurate technical and commercial offers.
• Prepare company pre-qualification documents for consultants and contractors.
• Support sales engineers with technical clarifications and compliance matrices.
• Maintain organized records of submittals and document control.
