Job summary
Agile Consultants is seeking a Service Engineer for Fire Alarm System Programming to perform programming, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems, with emphasis on Simplex systems.
The role requires hands-on experience in Simplex Fire Alarm System Programming, strong knowledge of life safety systems, and the ability to meet service level agreements while delivering timely customer support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Fire Alarm System programming and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Simplex Fire Alarm System Programming.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems.
- Knowledge of Life Safety, Security, BMS, AV, ICT, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Program, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Simplex Fire Alarm Systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations.
- Test, commission, and verify Fire Alarm Systems per project specs and SLAs.
- Monitor alarms and system alerts to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Log faults, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Coordinate material requirements to support service activities.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
