Job summary

Agile Consultants is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Supervisor in the UAE to oversee installation, testing, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CBS, and PAVA systems.

The role requires supervising site activities, guiding technicians, ensuring compliance with project specs and local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills for successful execution.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety systems.
Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
Experience with Fire Fighting Systems.
Familiarity with Central Battery Systems (CBS).
Hands-on knowledge of Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) Systems.
Excellent leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities.

Responsibilities

Supervise the installation team for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CBS, and PAVA systems.
Interpret schematic and layout drawings to guide technicians.
Perform and supervise testing, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Maintain records of site materials and coordinate timely ordering of items.
Oversee daily installation activities and monitor productivity to meet milestones.
Inspect installation quality and resolve issues and customer complaints.
Record deviations and coordinate timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with industry codes and HSE requirements.
Organize work schedules and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
Arrange work permits and conduct site inspections; prepare progress reports.
