Job summary

Growth West Marketing is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and take full ownership of projects from initiation to closure. You will drive delivery across multiple teams, coordinate external providers, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive mindset with strong communication and governance skills, coordinating testing and validation to deliver expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in fintech or tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology or related field; Master’s is an advantage.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and technical teams.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing external vendors against milestones.
• Strong governance, reporting and senior management communication.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation and stakeholder acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through delivery, validation and closure.
• Drive execution across multiple teams and external providers.
• Confirm owners and deadlines; follow up on actions and blockers.
• Maintain visibility of progress, timelines, risks and delivery dates.
• Own stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet milestones.
• Manage project issues to resolution and ensure proper closure.
• Coordinate testing, business validation and post-release activities.
• Keep PMO records up to date and provide management updates.
