Job summary

CoorB is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-project delivery in the Fintech space. This remote role requires governance, risk and compliance expertise and strong cross-team leadership to align with strategic goals.

You will establish best practices, drive portfolio alignment with business strategy, and mentor delivery teams across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance to ensure value delivery and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define governance structures (RACI, steering committees, reporting models, compliance checkpoints).
• Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy and measurable value delivery.
• Develop and manage program strategies, objectives and roadmaps, including budgets and KPIs.
• Oversee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Establish and enforce best practices and standards in project execution and stakeholder management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SAMA).
• Monitor risks, dependencies and inter-project issues with robust mitigation plans.
• Lead executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication for visibility and governance.
• Promote a culture of accountability, governance and performance across teams.
• Partner with C-level executives to balance innovation, risk and compliance in all program decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector , ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and strategic goals . This role requires strong expertise in program governance, risk and compliance management, and cross-team leadership .

The Program Manager will establish and enforce best practices, delivery frameworks, and team accountability models , ensuring project managers and delivery teams consistently operate at the highest standards.

T O BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in Project/Program Management , with at least 5 years in banking or Fintech program delivery .
• Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements .
• Strong knowledge and certification of program governance frameworks (PMO models, PRINCE2, PMI PgMP , SAFe Portfolio Management) .
• Deep expertise in Agile at scale ( SAFe , LeSS , or Disciplined Agile Delivery) and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps integration .
