Job summary

CoorB is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector, ensuring governance, compliance and strategic alignment across programs.

You will establish delivery frameworks, mentor project managers, and drive best-practice standards across engineering, QA, cybersecurity and compliance teams, partnering with top executives to balance innovation with risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project/Program Management with at least 5 years in banking or fintech program delivery.
• Strong knowledge of program governance frameworks (PMO, PRINCE2, PMI, PgMP, SAFe).
• Experience in agile at scale and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation and DevSecOps integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee program governance structures, RACI, steering committees, reporting models and compliance checkpoints.
• Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy to deliver measurable value.
• Develop and manage program strategies, objectives and roadmaps including budgets, milestones and KPIs.
• Oversee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity and compliance.
• Establish and enforce best practices and standards in project execution, agile delivery and stakeholder management.
• Lead executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure visibility and transparency.
