Job summary

Network International, a leading fintech in the Middle East, seeks an experienced Project Manager/PMO to drive strategic initiatives across operations and payment services in the UAE. You will manage end-to-end programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

This role requires 5–8 years in project management, familiarity with PMI/PRINCE2/Agile, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives, or business transformation.
Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams.
Familiarity with PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions.
Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation models.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and coordinate mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare governance materials including steering committee presentations, project status reports, dashboards and executive updates
Coordinate with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
