Zusammenfassung

Finera is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage merchant onboarding from assignment to go-live. You will communicate with clients daily, coordinate KYB/KYC processes, and ensure timely onboarding milestones.

Responsibilities include reviewing onboarding agreements with Legal, monitoring status of merchant documents, and coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other teams. The role emphasizes accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Manage merchant onboarding activities from assignment through go-live.
• Communicate with clients daily via email and other communication platforms.
• Monitor and coordinate the KYB/KYC process, including the collection and review of required documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, compliance requirements, and onboarding milestones.
• Review onboarding-related agreements and documentation, coordinating with the Legal team where required.
• Monitor the status, execution, and renewal of merchant agreements, licenses, and corporate documents.
• Perform website and URL checks to verify operational readiness and support risk assessment processes.
• Track onboarding progress, monitor go-live timelines, and proactively follow up on pending actions.
• Coordinate onboarding requests with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Support, Finance, TechOps, Sales, and Account Management teams.
• Participate in internal meetings and provide onboarding status updates.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other onboarding, operational, and client management tasks as required.
