Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or senior support roles in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on experience with system logs and monitoring tools to trace errors.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Proficient with Postman for API validation and troubleshooting.
• Analytical thinker with ability to perform root-cause analysis under time pressure.
• Detail-oriented with careful management of credentials and production configs.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of quick learning in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent Russian and upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and methods across PSP, on/off-ramp, and card solutions.
• Manage API access and environments, including issuing API keys for production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing payloads, SQL, logs, and monitoring data.
• Use Grafana and other observability tools to trace errors across systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant side or platform origin.
• Triage issues and provide clear escalations to Engineering when needed.
• Support final technical verification and production readiness before go-live.
• Communicate technical findings to international merchants and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation throughout resolution.
• Remain accountable through resolution with accuracy and timely execution.
