Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house in a premium Mediterranean concept during a 6–7 month assignment in Riyadh. You will drive service excellence, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure the guest journey reflects luxury standards.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional hospitality knowledge, and the ability to adapt to premium Lebanese culinary traditions, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities that inspire professionalism and excellence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to deliver a seamless, elegant dining experience.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and menu consistency with Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and fine dining service protocols.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal offerings and premium ingredients.
• Lead recruitment, training and mentoring of staff; coach performances and build a high-performing team.
• Manage guest experiences, VIP reservations and premium events with discretion.
