Career Land Center, LLC is seeking a Head Chef / Pastry Chef for a Turkish and Greek restaurant during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. The role starts in October 2026 with a 6-month contract and requires leadership of a multicultural kitchen.

You will lead daily operations, oversee Turkish/Greek dishes and pastries, maintain quality and hygiene, train the team, manage inventory and costs, and coordinate with management to deliver a high-standard experience during the event.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior culinary position.
• Strong experience with Turkish and/or Greek cuisine.
• Knowledge of Turkish/Greek pastries and desserts.
• Understanding of food quality, presentation, consistency, and portion control.
• Experience leading and supervising a kitchen team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen organization.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural restaurant environment.

Career Land Center is hiring a Head Chef / Pastry Chef for a Turkish and Greek restaurant during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 6 months
Start Date: October 2026

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary position.
• Strong professional experience preparing Turkish and/or Greek cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Turkish and Greek pastries, desserts, and culinary techniques.
• Excellent understanding of food quality, presentation, consistency, and portion control.
• Experience leading and supervising a kitchen team.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural restaurant environment.
• Culinary training or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
