Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in hospitality, including 1 year in a supervisory role (e.g., Captain or Senior Waiter).
• Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management.
• HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver premium table service with flawless order accuracy and presentation.
• Manage tableside preparation and maintain service stations for uninterrupted operations.
• Suggest wine pairings that complement the menu.
• Lead and support the team within the assigned section to ensure timely service.
• Ensure quality control in accordance with service procedures.
• Handle complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally.
• Liaise with teams to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
• Ensure section complies with food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and security regulations.
