Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to guide AI-model training on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy and ownership of client-ready executive materials.

The position is fully remote with flexible commitment (5–20 hours per week, or more if desired) and ASAP start. Compensation is $100/hour with potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with client-ready decks and exec materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks and operating model redesign.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Develop operating models, business case models, and sensitivity analyses in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Synthesize stakeholder inputs and translate into actionable roadmaps and change plans.
